Error description

• CICS monitoring record SMF_CICS_T user defined field data is
  output incorrectly aligned with the field headers when
  performing a LIST RECORD.

  Performing a LIST RECORD command on an SMF type 110 record can
  result in incorrect alignment in the output of the SMF_CICS_T
  record.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixed incorrect lengths of S type data fields, and corrected the
  resulting offsets.
