Problem summary
**************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: Users of the IBM Unified Management Server * * for z/OS. * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: PROVIDE FOR SPECIFICATION OF JAVA * * DUMP LOCATION * **************************************************************** When ZOWE/UMS system failures occur, large dump files may be generated and stored in a default location. If that location is unavailable or inaccessible, they are saved in the UMS workspace/run area, which can quickly consume disk space and impact system startup. This APAR enables configuring the dump file location to prevent such issues.
