Problem conclusion

• 1. Update function for columns TIME, AVERAGE_RPO, INST_RPO,
     FAILED_CG_LAST, VOL_GM_TOTAL, LAST_ERROR and LAST_ERR_STATE
     and add new column GDPS_CNT to get the accurate values
     for table MVS_GDPS_SESSION_T.
  2. Update column descriptions for MVS_SYSTEM_ID, GDPS_CNT,
     LAST_ERROR, LAST_ERR_STATE, MAS_DDS_SERIAL_NO,
     NUM_CG_INPROG_LSS, NUM_NORM_LSS, NUM_NOT_READY_LSS,
     NUM_OTHER_LSS, NUMBER_OF_LSS, T_OOS_TRKS_LSS,
     TIME_SINCE_MIDN, VOL_1ST_PASS_NUM, VOL_CASCADED_NUM,
     VOL_DUPLEX_NUM, VOL_JOIN_PEND_NUM, VOL_OOS_NUM,
     VOL_SIMPLEX_NUM and VOL_SUSPENDED_NUM for table
     MVS_GDPS_SESSION_T.
