Error description

• The CSQ5PQSG utility is not identifying the command level
  incompatibility of the Queue Manager in QSG. The utility should
  check for QMGR command level and tell users if a QMGR in a QSG
  has a CMDLEVEL that's incompatible with a given version of MQ.
  But the utility is not detecting the incompatible CMDLEVEL.

  *                      for migration even though some queue    *
  *                      managers in the QSG are incompatible.   *

  The issue stems from an error during the execution of CSQ5PQSG's
  "MIGRATE QSG/DSG" functions. The program had not been updated to
  check for an appropriate version of MQ.
  

Problem conclusion

• The CSQ5PQSG utility has been updated to check for the correct
  queue manager version when executing the "MIGRATE QSG/DSG"
  functions.
