Error description
The CSQ5PQSG utility is not identifying the command level incompatibility of the Queue Manager in QSG. The utility should check for QMGR command level and tell users if a QMGR in a QSG has a CMDLEVEL that's incompatible with a given version of MQ. But the utility is not detecting the incompatible CMDLEVEL.
