Error description

• In the current logic, we could not identify and include newly
  added indexes when the Aux Table, Index, and Base Table had
  identical names.
  
  This issue has been addressed by introducing unique
  identification for newly added objects.
  
  As a result, all modified and newly added objects will now be
  included in Apply-All changes, and the Instance manifest will be
  updated accordingly.
