PH69222: COMPILE ERROR USING DFHBRICL AND DFHBR2CL MEMBER IN SDFHPL1 FROM CICS TS 6.2

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Using DFHBRICL and DFHBR2CL from SDFHPL1 is causing compile
  errors.
  
  IBM1350I E      16.0    Character with decimal value 90 does not
                          belong to the PL/I character set. It
                          will be ignored.
  IBM1352I E      18.0    The statement element DCL is invalid.
                          The statement will be ignored.
  IBM1373I E      16.0    Variable @R178879A is implicitly
                          declared.
  
  Both members contain the following,
  
  DCL BRIHRC_REQUEST_DISCARDED        FIXED BIN(31) INIT(88);
  !@R178879A
  
  where " !@R178879A " isn't marked as comment
  

Local fix

• Change the end of the line, so that it is marked as comment:
  
  use /*@R178879A*/ instead of !@R178879A
