Error description
Added an optional siteRuleValidationMode parameter to the Create Pull Request API, allowing users to skip validation, run all site-rules, or validate only modified objects, improving performance during pull request creation. User Impact: This enhancement improves efficiency for DevOps users when creating or raising pull requests. Previously, during pull request creation, all site-rules were executed against every object in the instance. For instances derived from associated applications with a large number of objects and multiple site-rules configured for different environments or applications, this resulted in significant delays. With this release, the optional siteRuleValidationMode parameter enables selective executioneither skipping validation, running all site-rules, or validating only modified objectsthus improving pull request performance. Prerequisite: UMS version 1.2.0.13
