  When the Accounting Reduce process runs with other significant

  large input file is processed, the regions storage can become
  fully exhausted, resulting in job failures.
  

Problem conclusion

• The region utilization driven externalization logic for
  Accounting Reduce process was redesigned to address job
  failures when large input data sets are used.
