  *                         table is set incorrectly.            *
  *                      4. DB2 view (WASACT_REQAPPL_TV)         *
  *                         definitions are missing in member    *
  *                         DRLTVKEY.                            *

  1. Record SMF_120_9 does not have repeated SMF120ASY section.
  2. A number of fields have incorrect formats.
  3. CPU_DISPATCH_SEC calculation is referencing the wrong field.
  4. DB2 view (WASACT_REQAPPL_TV) definitions are missing in
     member DRLTVKEY.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. Add repeated SMF120ASY section in SMF_120_9 record
     definition.
  2. Update fields SM1209CW, SM1209GW and SM1209GZ as CHAR of
     length 16. Update fields SM1209BV, SM1209CT and SM1209CY as
     CHAR of length 8. Update field SM1209DO as BINARY of length
     4.
  3. Update CPU_DISPATCH_SEC calculation to reference SM1209HN.
  4. Include DB2 view (WASACT_REQAPPL_TV) definitions in member
     DRLTVKEY.
