Error description

• When compiling a SORT verb containing program with LP(64), but
  not with LP(32), the assertion
     Assertion failed at ilgen/z/WCodezOSSystemLinkage.cpp:55:
     wc.isFunctionSymbol(methodId) trying to find method owning
     symbol and ran out of parents
  
  may be thrown.

  A key conflict happens during the identification of SORT/MERGE
  statements, leading the compiler to incorrectly link an
  INPUT/OUTPUT procedure to the wrong SORT/MERGE statement.
  

Problem conclusion

• The compiler issue is resolved by expanding the key to uniquely
  identify the SORT/MERGE statements.
