• Due to storage overlay, ABEND04E RC00E2000F LOC=DSNXOPB
  DSNSVSFB +009B8 may occur because of zero value in TXTBUF .
  Preventive fix made to stop copying the SQL text string when
  TXTBUF=0 or length=0.
