  * RECOMMENDATION: INSTALL CORRECTIVE SERVICE FOR APAR/PTF      *
  ****************************************************************
  When processing of the START command (STACMD) conflicts with
  the Index Build processing to display the progress rate
  (RCVPRGS), IMS Database Recovery Facility may issue an
  unexpected BPEPOST call when the program ends.
  
  This redundant BPEPOST creates a duplicate POST, which causes
  IMS Database Recovery Facility to abend with U0384-00000007.
  

Problem conclusion

• Processing of the START command (STACMD) and the Index Build
  progressing to display the progress rate (RCVPRGS) have been
  modified to be serialized.
