  IMS Recovery Expert batch job or ISPF interface gets ABEND0C1
  in BSY#RACB due to a program error. This program error occurs
  when both of the following conditions are met:
  #1 Managed ACB is enabled for the target IMS online system.
  #2 z/OS virtual storage byte at address X'000000E0' has bit
     B'00000001' on.
  

Problem conclusion

• Program error has been fixed.
