  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: ABEND0C4 can occur when running HDPC    *
  *                      for compressed ICs by HPIC.             *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *

  ABEND0C4 can occur when running HD Pointer Checker (HDPC) for
  the compressed image copies of HD database VSAM data sets that
  were created by IMS HP Image Copy (HPIC).
  Since the compressed image copies have no VSAM control
  information such as RDF and CIDF in  IC records, HDPC
  incorrectly tries to refer it and gets the ABEND.
