Error description

• DRL0337W exceptions are occurring in the Key Performance Metrics
  - Db2 component, and do not output a DRLDUMP on table-to-table
  updates.

  1. Collect resulting in a DRL0337W warning messages in updates
     to KPMZ_RULE_VALUES.
  2. There is no DRLDUMP output for a table-to-table update on a
     DRL0337W exception.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. Update definitions KPM_DB2Z_016 and KPM_DB2Z_017 for
     KPMZ_RULE_VALUES are updated to prevent a DRL0337W exception.
  2. A DRLDUMP is now output on occurrence of a DRL0337W exception
     for table-to-table updates.
