  *                      IGYPG5306-U An internal compiler error  *
  *                      occurred.  Condition (F) failed at      *
  *                      IGYPCXU-32770-IGYZCNUL: expected        *
  *                      alphanum                                *
  *                                                              *
  *                      2. For ALL literal moves, incorrect     *
  *                      runtime results.  The ALL literal       *
  *                      value is not repeated in the            *
  *                      receiver.                               *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the IBM-provided PTF.                  *

  Incorrect code was being generated for comparisons of UTF-8
  literals with non-UTF-8 data items. For the move of a UTF-8 ALL
  literal to a non-UTF-8 data item, the ALL status of the literal
  was inadvertently being lost during the conversion of the
  literal to the target codepage during the move.
  

Problem conclusion

• The compiler was updated to ensure UTF-8 literals can be
  correctly used with non-UTF-8 data items in both MOVE and
  compare operations.
