Error description

• ABENDS0C4 occurs in IIUIFS35 when all the following conditions
  are met:
  - Secondary index is built
  - HPU scan is used
  - Split segments exist in the prime database
  - The prefix length of the split segment is longer than the
  length of the data portion of the split segment

Problem conclusion

• Index Builder has been modified to not perform operations on
  the data portion of split segments that should be performed on
  the segment prefix.
