  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Apply Exit was not unloaded when        *
  *                      subscription transitioned to ERROR      *
  *                      state on FILENOTFOUND.                  *
  ****************************************************************
  Prior to this maintenance, when a file
  was not defined in a target CICS
  region and replication started, the
  subscription transitioned into an
  ERROR state. However, if an apply exit
  was defined, it was not unloaded
  thereby resources were not freed.
  

Problem conclusion

• The resolution involved adding logic in the Apply service
  CICS Utility Transaction and CICS Interface code to allow the
  apply exit to unload when a file was not defined in the CICS
  target region.
