Error description

• Some trace entries, for example
  KE 0401 KEGD  ENTRY - FUNCTION(INQUIRE_KERNEL)
  KE 0402 KEGD  EXIT
  and
  KE 0901 KECV  ENTRY - FUNCTION(ADJUST_STCK_TO_LOCAL)
  KE 0902 KECV  EXIT
  may return a timestamp on EXIT that is earlier than the
  corresponding ENTRY timestamp.
  eg:
  Entry - TIME-12:23:07.9395656870
  Exit  - TIME-12:23:07.9395655468

  CICS trace entry timestamps are to 10 decimal places.
  A codepath exists where the last 4 decimal places may contain a
  value less than the last 4 decimal places of the preceding trace
  entry, all other positions of the preceding timestamp
  HH:MM:SS.xxxxxx are identical.
  
  When this occurs it would seem that the timestamp is earlier
  than the preceding timestamp.
  

Problem conclusion

• CICS trace code has been amended to correct the aforementioned
  scenario.
