Error description

• ABENDS0C4 in IPIIPROC at offset x'E8' past label REC5607 or
  x'7D1E' into IPIIPROC.  This routine is a CSECT of IPI4PROC so
  the job will show an ABEND in IPI4PROC.                   S0C4
  
  Additional symptom:
  Tight loop in IPIIPROC.REC37 between offsets 6D44-6D66.
  ABEND0C4 IPI4PROC +x'23C0' due to R4.
