  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: 1.When executing ZCodeScan with the     *
  *                        latest SonarQube version, some        *
  *                        "CleanCodeAttribute" values are not   *
  *                        allowed.                              *
  ****************************************************************
  1.The latest SonarQube version does not allow the usage of
    "CONSISTENCY" for the CleanCodeAttribute. It should be
    replaced by another value for some rules results.
