Error description

• The CDASOS tool (and it's USS link 'sosinfo') can be used to
  decode Saved Options String (SOS) information from an executable
  file.  The original design of the utility only decoded SOS
  strings from C/C++ executables.  This APAR adds the ability to
  decode SOS strings from PL/I executables.
