PH68466: INSTALL OF FILEDEF IN CICSPLEX FAILS WITH "INVALID OVERRIDE STRING (43)"

Error description

• When defining a file as remote and local, using only a FILEDEF
  resource definition, the following error occurs when trying to
  install that FILEDEF:
  Invalid override string (43) (FILEDEF_INV_ORSTRING).
  
  Looking at the exception trace entry in the CMAS trace, you will
  see the following PARSFAIL exception occurring out of MOSS:

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the PTF and recycle the CMASs.         *
  *                 These can be done in any order.              *
  ****************************************************************
  When trying to define a file that is local to some regions and
  remote to others this can fail with "Invalid override string".
  This is because program EYU0MOM2 builds parameters for a call
  to EYU0BARI using storage that it has freed. The call may or
  may not work depending on whether the storage has been reused.
  This occurs when an override string is passed as a parameter on
  the install request.
  

Problem conclusion

• EYU0MOM2 has been updated to getmain storage for the OVR
  parameter passed to EYU0BARI and retain it until after
  EYU0BARI is called.
