Error description

• On panel DAJ$JOPT, the field entitled "Generate Job when Errors
  encountered" is somewhat misleading and is being renamed to
  "Generate Jobs based on Message Level", providing a more
  accurate description of the intent of this field.
  In keeping with the above field name change, message DAJB036
  will also be changed from "DAJB036I Generate Job When Errors
  Encountered" to "Generate Jobs based on Message Level".
