Error description
PgmModuleMap described at https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/addi/6.1. 4?topic=tasks-adding-files-project-foldersisn't complete regardi incorporate its contents, and exactly where the file must be placed.
Local fix
The PgmModuleMap.txt file will be processed correctly if: 1. Exactly two entries are on each line of the file, separated by one or more spaces. Blank lines should be avoided. 2. A full build of the project is done after creating or updating the file. 3. The file is placed in the project's root directory, e.g. C:\IBM AD\Mainframe Projects\MyProject where "MyProject" is the name of your project. Placing the file in another directory or subdirectory will cause it to not be processed.
Problem summary
PgmModuleMap.txt file needs to mention exact location to place it, with an example using the default project location.
Problem conclusion
Need to document that a full project build is necessary for the file to take effect, e.g. to allow Job Callgraph JCL nodes that have procs that call programs (whose module name is not the same as the first entry point name) to link to the program source. Need to mention that there must be two entries per line, and if there is not, the file will be considered invalid and will not be processed.
Temporary fix
