PH68437: ABENDS0C4 after memory outage instead of graceful end with CC 8 and INZI458E

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• A Db2 HPU 6.1 job may terminate with an ABEND S0C4 when the
  following condition is fulfilled:
  - Db2 HPU runs out of memory at the beginning of an unload
    during thread creation
  
  This leads to an abnormal termination instead of displaying the
  following message:
  INZI458E THE UTILITY COULD NOT START A NEW THREAD OR PROCESS
  (CODE 0x84X) (EDC5132I Not enough memory.)
  

Local fix

• None, but solving the memory outage (refer to the INZU312I
  messages and IEF032I  that help determine what memory is
  missing) avoids to trigger this issue.
