Error description

• When JCL is generated with DSNTYPE=LARGE enabled, and a dataset
  is allocated in a TAPE unit - the DSNTYPE=LARGE clause is
  inserted into the DD statement.

  When DSNTYPE=LARGE is enabled and a DD statement that
  uses a tape unit is generated, the DSNTYPE=LARGE clause
  is added to the statement. Under specific configurations, this
  statement might cause a JCL error.
