  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:  Users can compare two SMS              *
  *                       configurations using simplified        *
  *                       interface. The following constructs    *
  *                       can be compared:                       *
  *                       1, Data class                          *
  *                       2, Storage class                       *
  *                       3, Management class                    *
  *                       4, Storage group                       *
  *                       5, ACS routines                        *
  ****************************************************************
  The following functionalities have been added:
  
  1, Comparing two SMS configurations, including Active vs. SCDS
     and SCDS vs. SCDS.
  
  2, Providing summarized difference reporting that highlights
     how many constructs differ and how many are unique to
     each configuration.
  
  3, Within each type of compare, for constructs other than ACS
     routines there are options to show only differing fields or
     show all fields with clear highlighting of differences.
  
  4, Enabling ACS routine comparison, including direct source
     file (PDS/PDSE) comparison across SCDSs or Active vs. SCDS.
  
  5, Supporting Version 2 SCDS ACS comparisons, including
     Extracted ACS vs. Source File and
     Extracted ACS vs. Extracted ACS.
