considered deprecated and are not considered in compare.

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: A SYSINDEXES ignore is not honored      *
*                      by Db2 Object Comparison Tool.          *
****************************************************************
When setting a SYSINDEXES ignore in Object Compare,
the specified field is not actually ignored, because the ignore
was incorrectly deprecated. Therefore, incorrect statements are
generated by Object Compare, despite the user correctly
specifying the ignore field.

This APAR corrects the incorrect SYSINDEX Ignore logic and
reships all parts in PE'd APAR PH65807.

Issue only affects SYSINDEXES ignores, generic ignores are not
affected.
