Error description

• When attempting to connect to the ADFzCC server, and using an
  eight character userid, authentication fails and the following
  trace entries are noted:
  Authenticate failed for user: xxxxxxx
  
  uid strlen 7 pass strlen 8
  

Local fix

• use a seven character userid
