Error description

• After migrating z/OS Connect from Java 8 to Java 17 the
  following error is reported when an API, using the IMS service
  provider, attempts to connect over an SSL/TLS connection:
  
  The exception is: state STATE_ACTIVE_INUSE
  javax.resource.spi.ResourceAdapterInternalException:
  com.ibm.crypto.provider.RACFInputStream > Accessing RACF keyring
  keystore - ClassNotFoundException caught.
  
  IMS TMRA APAR PH68428 has been opened for this problem.

  The version of TMRA that z/OS Connect embeds references Java
  class com.ibm.crypto.provider.RACFInputStream, which exists in
  Java 8, but not Java 11 and later.

  a level which supports Java 11+ TLS/SSL connections.
  
  The fix for this APAR is expected to be delivered by the PTF for
  z/OS Connect V3.0.101.0 (PH69396).
