Error description

• Using OpenJ9 JDK 8, featureUtility fails with "SHA512
  MessageDigest not available". This is because the
  MessageDigest object doesn't recognize "SHA512" as a valid
  digest algorithm. OpenJ9 JVM only recognizes "SHA512" as
  "SHA-512" where the IBM JDK8 will allow either.
