  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: APAR PH66670 in the June 2025 COBOL     *
  *                      Runtime AMODE 31 PTFs introduced a bug  *
  *                      that is corrected by APAR PH67856.      *
  *                      This APAR officially marks the June     *
  *                      2025 COBOL Runtime AMODE 64 PTFs as     *
  *                      "Program in error (PE)" for the same    *
  *                      reason, due to a dependency on the      *
  *                      June 2025 AMODE 31 PTFs.                *
