  manner when the PRTYAGE SIT parameter is used.

  A path exists in dispatcher code that when PRIORITY
  ageing is in effect, the algorithm may not adjust
  task priorities in an optimal manner.
  

Problem conclusion

• CICS Dispatcher has been modified to ensure the PRIORITY AGE
  function works correctly.
