APAR status

Error description

• The outcome of a logical unload is incorrect (incorrout) due to
  the following conditions:
   - (VAR)GRAPHIC type data is unloaded
   - The DBCS CCSID for the target SCHEME is not defined for the
     Db2 sub-system containing the unloaded table
  
  The second condition above forces the (VAR)GRAPHIC data be
  unloaded as CHAR data encoded with the applicable target SBCS
  CCSID.
  
  The issue has the following symptoms
   - the (VAR)GRAPHIC data is unduly unloaded as is, i.e. with the
   genuine data type and without any CCSID conversion
   - the LOAD command, if requested, reflects the lack of
   conversion: the related field is described as a (VAR)GRAPHIC
   instead of the expected CHAR data type. As the DBCS CCSID is
   not specified, the attempt to use this LOAD command fails.
