Error description

• Under certain conditions, the product may incorrectly begin
  reading a non-Db2 BSDS (Bootstrap Data Set), leading to a JOB
  hang in modules ALAGEN1, ALADTL1, or ALAMGR.   This issue stems
  from an erroneous BSDS name validation logic. This APAR fixes
  the BSDS name validation logic and prevents the hang.
