Error description

• When comparing object sets containing Global Temporary Tables,
  the comparison is incorrectly flagging differences in nullable
  columns, even though the source and target have identical GTT
  definitions. These should be recognized as "no changes."

  When comparing a global temporary table with identical
  definitions on both the source and target, Object Comparison
  Tool incorrectly identifies differences in column default
  values. This behavior results in the unnecessary drop and
  recreate of the global temporary table.
  
  This issue is caused by the DDL reader incorrectly assigning
  default values for columns in global temporary tables.
