PH67969: [API] Online discovery fails after IMS PTF UO03999 applied

Error description

• IMS Administration Foundation users can encounter the following
  errors after the PTF UO03999, which was provided by APAR
  PH61217, is applied to an IMS subsystem. After the PTF is
  applied, the IMS Object Discovery process that runs right after
  the registration of the data sharing group of which the subject
  IMS subsystem is a sharing member will fail and the registration
  status will shown as "Error" and the Object discovery status
  that is shown in the "Status messages" popup will be "Method not
  found: isLcmtexp1e". The same error occurs for an IMS data
  sharing group that has already been registered after the PTF
  UO03999 is applied to its sharing IMS subsystem member. This
  Object Discovery error affects several IMS Administration
  Foundation features for the subject data sharing group.

  IMS Administration Foundation users encounter the following

Problem conclusion

• IMS Object Discovery has been fixed so that it can be tolerant
  of new IMS command response columns that were introduced by the
  IMS PTF UO03999.
