  ACTION_GENERATE_DDL_FROM_BASE_VERSION that drops a view with
  alias is hanging on processing the view alias. Compare report
  has an 'Unknown object type ... not found on target' message.

  *                      an orphaned view alias.                 *
  *                      Object Compare does not drop a view     *
  *                      alias when an explicit DROP statement   *
  *                      is specified in the source DDL.         *

  The CMBATCH job with option
  ACTION_GENERATE_DDL_FROM_BASE_VERSION that drops a view with an
  alias incorrectly processes an orphaned view alias. The report
  has an 'Unknown object type ... not found on target' message,
  and an infinite loop can occur.
  When a view alias is dropped by an explicit DROP statement in
  the source DDL, Object Compare does not detect this drop, and
  the alias is not dropped.
  

Problem conclusion
