  • When using Japanese characters in variable names, some
    characters are garbled and the variables cannot be recognized
    correctly.
    
    When checking the repository, we found that the variable names
    stored in the DB are garbled.

  • For PL/I source code Variable names with Japanese characters are
    improperly saved into the repository when being build in AD
    Build Client.
    

Problem conclusion

  • Code refactoring to cover improper handling of text when working
    with characters on special encoding.
