    ****************************************************************
When the Post-Reorg utility is executed with the IC=NO control
statement specified, it hangs after an error occurs in HPPR
    task.
This is because the Post-Reorg utility attempts to
force-terminate the IC task even though it has not been
    executed.

This APAR also provides a fix for the following issue:
The Reorg Expert will issue the error message HPSG0204E and
terminate with RC=08 if a nine-digit value is specified in
the FILSZ control statement in the (PREFIXRES) block for the
    HPPR task.
Additional symptom: Wait / hang due to HPPR error will be an
    SVC01 from HPSPTM00+X'144E'.

Problem conclusion

  • The Post-Reorg utility has been modified to not force the
termination of the IC task if an error occurs in the HPPR task
and the IC task is not running.

Reorg Expert has also been modified to allow nine-digits to be
specified in the FILSZ control statement.
