PH67949: Resolve 3270 report and file handling issues

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• 1. The MVSPM118 and MVSPM119 3270 reports are not displaying the
  header details correctly.
  
  2. Displaying 3270 reports may result in a SQL -911 error due to
     resource contention.
  
  3. DRLINREP file is not freed after each online component
     install and may cause allocation error.

  1. Online component installation terminates during a DRLINREP
  file allocation error.
  
  2. The dialog panel terminates with Db2 -911 timeout error when
  generating 3270 reports.
  
  3. MVSPM118 and MVSPM119 3270 reports display mis-aligned header
  information.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. DRLINREP file allocation will be freed after each component
  online installation.
  
  2. All 3270 report queries will be executed with 'WITH UR'. This
  does not apply to QMF queries.
  
  3. MVSPM118 and MVSPM119 3270 reports show the correct header
  information.
