  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR provides the ability to       *
  *                      customize the SSID qualifier for RACF   *
  *                      security support.                       *
  ****************************************************************
  This APAR adds the ability to customize the SSID qualifier that
  Db2 Administration Tool uses to display RACF profiles for
  objects, specifically:
  
  1. The TCz Product Parameters panel added the new option 'RACF
  SSID Qualifier' with default 'SSID'.
  2. The TCz Db2 Parameters panel added the new option 'SSID
  Qualifier' under the 'DB2 Admin Tool - RACF Security for
  Db2' section.
  
  Additionally, information about displaying fully generic
  qualifiers is added to the help panel for RACF authorization
  panels.
