  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR provides integration with Db2 *
  *                      Query Monitor.                          *

  This APAR provides tools integration with Db2 Query Monitor by
  enabling the user via line commands to invoke Db2 Query Monitor
  on an object. In addition the QMON primary command allows the
  user to enter Query Monitor on the current subsystem.
