  five-character prefix for the job name of DRF subordinate
  address space. This change is to align BSY#RS00 with DRF APAR

  Recovery job statistics report utility BSY#RS00 is enhanced to
  allow five-character prefix for the job name of DRF subordinate
  address space. With this APAR, five-character prefix can be
  specified for the parameters: ASPREF, FSPREF, PRPREF, IBPREF
  and PCPREF.
  This change is to align BSY#RS00 with DRF APAR PH63045.
