PH67826: UPDATE THE COMMAND SYNTAX VERSION FOR THE SYSTEM COMMANDS TO WORK WITH THE CHANGES INTRODUCED BY PH61217 25/10/01 PTF PECHANGE

    PH61217 updated the command grammar to add CMTEXIT to the
  valid user exit TYPEs in the QUERY USEREXIT command. However the
  grammar version was not updated. This can result in the command
  grammar not getting updated in Operations Manager (OM) if OM is
  active.
  
    Note: This does not affect any other user exit TYPEs in the
  QUERY USEREXIT command. Only CMTEXIT is affected, it was added
  by PH61217.
  
  
    While diagnosing the problem, it was discovered that the DIAG
  SNAP BLOCK(UXDT) does not include the last UXDTE block. This
  prevented the command from being used to confirm the commit exit
  was loaded.
  

Problem conclusion

•    Update the version number in the systems command grammar and
  dump the entire UXDT with the DIAG SNAP BLOCK(UDXT) command.
