* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This enhancement provides the ability   *
*                      to specify the PART option for the      *
*                      MODIFY STATISTICS utility.              *
****************************************************************
The 'Specify Utility Options - MODIFY STATISTICS' (ADB2USMS)
panel is updated with the new PART field. This field provides
the ability to generate JCL for MODIFY STATISTICS that can
delete partition-level statistics for a table space or index.
