Error description

• When you enable a JVMSERVER in CICS Transaction Server for z/OS
  (CICS TS) with Java 17, you receive message:
  ICH408I INSUFFICIENT AUTHORITY to write into
  lib/writableArea1.dll.
  
  This is followed by message:
  DFHSJ0915 date time applid userid JVMSERVER jvmserver is now
  enabled and is ready for use.
  
  The error message has no effect on the operation of the
  JVMSERVER.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Enabling an OSGi JVMSERVER with Java 17 *
  *                      leads to an ICH408I message.            *
  ****************************************************************
  When you enable an OSGi JVMSERVER with Java 17 using the IBM
  Semeru Runtime Certified Edition for z/OS, you receive the
  following message:
  ICH408I INSUFFICIENT AUTHORITY to write into
  lib/writableArea1.dll.
  
  This is then followed by the message:
  DFHSJ0915 date time applid userid JVMSERVER jvmserver is now
  enabled and is ready for use.
  
  The JVMSERVER then starts successfully and there is no impact on
  its functionality.
  

Problem conclusion

• CICS TS has been updated to use Equinox 4.35 to prevent the
  ICH408I message.
