Error description

• It is expected that dropping an object can be achieved by simply
  updating the YAML files and refreshing the policy cache.
  However, the object details are also stored in the
  AppsVirtualRepo. As a result, dropping the object requires
  removing its corresponding entry from the AppsVirtualRepo, which
  is not currently handled through YAML updates or policy cache
  refreshes.
  Solution : To address this issue, we are clearing the
  appVirtualRepository as part of the policy cache clearing
  process when the cache name is either application,
  applicationStatusReport, or not provided.
