• A new entry for IGZQAPS has been added to the COBOL
  side-decks '.SCEELIB(CELQV004)', which allows AMODE 64 COBOL
  programs to call the IGZXAPI interface statically.
  
  New entry added to .SCEELIB(CELQV004):
  IMPORT CODE64,'CELQV004','IGZQAPS'
  
  For example, AMODE 31 COBOL programs can statically call
  the IGZXAPI using IGZXAPS. This APAR provides the same
  functionality using IGZQAPS for AMODE 64 as shown below:
  
  COBOL AMODE 31:
    CALL 'IGZXAPS' USING ... RETURNING ...
  
  COBOL AMODE 64:
    CALL 'IGZQAPS' USING ... RETURNING ...
